After a delicious food tasting at the Tribeca Rooftop, we have made the final selections for the dinner menu that will be served at our gala on June 14th. 

 

MENU

 

FIRST COURSE

Grilled Peaches & Burrata Cream

Frisse & Spiced Scented Pecans

White Peach Vinaigrette With Cilantro

 

ENTREE

Steak House Fillet Mignon

Caramelized Cipollini Onions,

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes,  Creamed Spinach

And Steak Sauce

 

OR

 

Maple Glazed Chilean Sea Bass

On A Bed of Wilted Spinach & Quinoa,

With Julienne Root Vegetables

And Saffron Beurre Blanc
